Hahahah, I decided not to go for an OP, I'm interested in jobs that don't need one ;)
I prefer working over school
I had a job at 7/11 for awhile, management changed an they didn't want me cause I was 14 -______-
$150 a week at 14 was pretty sweet

DONT DO IT! Unless you can't get anything else at all.

Try for K-mart of Target.

This thread is funny. Some replies are a bit outrageous. A 16 year old doesn't need to be in bed at 9pm, that's ridiculous.

I played Halo all through high school. The night before my School Certificate I was in New Castle with my brother until 3am in the morning for a Halo 1/2 tournament. I won that tournament, came home with a new Xbox, got roughly 4 hours sleep, went to school and did fine in my exam the next day.

Limit playing Halo to one night a week?

For fucks sake guys, the kid is 16, enjoy your damn youth while you have it.

Long story short, I was given the phone by my girlfriends friend, i paid them $30 a month, the girl decided to give it to someone else, telling me and my girlfriend her Mum wanted it back. Worst liar hahahaha. So yeah, no phone with access to the internet = hardly ever on this + almost never on Halo -____-

High school is a piss take. 'ohhhh you have to do well to get into uni or you'll be poor for the rest of your life'

lol I got an OP25 (the WORST you can get. Fact; 0.025% of QLD Yr 12 students in 2007 received this mark) and I strolled into university, did a 3 month course full time and am now doing an undergraduate.

As for bed times, 3.02am, uni at 9 til 12, work from 12.30-5.30pm... ruthless attitude. Btw tell your step dad to get fucked, he aint your real dad anyway

as for work... school pwns working full time trust me

haha snak i love you.

Pretty much - Get into uni. Don't worry about relationships at your age. Get with as many women as you can, drink as much as you can every weekend. As long as you get into uni, school means absolutely nothing. Once you get into uni, it's basically an even bigger party. Life is short, school is piss easy and parents do what they think is best for you. The end.

Yeah, this I wouldn't suggest... Especially if you want your parents to start treating you like an adult.

I'd like that, especially since my brother turns 19 in August and he has the same rules as me :l
