Lol obviously, there's no reason why you wouldn't be allowed :P Especially since we are allowed to attend your events ;P

Haha yeh, Well maybe an end of year holiday to NZ is on the cards. ;)

What a stupid question. Why would they ban Aus teams from competing?, I think you may possibly have downs

You could go, but you wouldn't get any points. I think this will surprise you Blaze but most people don't go to LAN's to get points, they go to have fun and meet people.

I would argue my point as to Aus teams were still aloud to compete but Dark already pointed out that you're an idiot for me.

Good on ya for bringing an ACL LAN to NZ and all, but...

it's pretty sh** that you are doing it in the same city a month before the next big AvT LAN. Pretty sure you'da known about that and that this was somewhat intentional.

People in this community should know Vanz better than that.
Vanz would never step on anyones toes like that intentionally and would definitely not of planned this in any way.
I personally did not know the next AvT LAN was being held on the above mentioned time or place, not sure about Vanz.

Meh. We are yet to put any big advertising forward to it [WellyLAN] anyway.

Though, as your main registrations will be the locals (NZ), you really should have gone over to AvT forums about what's happening with us in the near future. Puts either you or us at a disavantage as of a lot of players picking either ACL or AvT. Personally, I'm trying to get to both and get some experience playing Immunity (These guys better show up), Vox eminor and any other Aussie teams if they can, should put some faces on some gamertags.

Not really appreciating the hostility dude (sorry if I took your post the wrong way).
ACL has always tried its best to accommodate for NZ gamers and you'd think you guys would be happy for an extra LAN, you can never have enough :)

i don't wanna directly accuse anyone of anything but with midi and standingfierce involved i'd hope that somebody pointed it out at some point

i'm all for building the scene but having conflicting events doesn't help.

mainly the fact that it's in the same city is the problem. you've got about 50% of the lan-attending xbox population in auckland, 30% in wellington, and the other 20% spread throughout the country. why not have it in auckland? then at least 80% of gamers would only have to travel to a different city once to attend two events.

that's besides the point tho. someone has to complain and right now that person's me ;)

Man some of you guys can be dicks, at the end of the day people can choose what event they can go to. Its held on a good date so stop crying, also stop acting like AvT has exclusive rights to EVERYTHING console related in NZ. Just dont attend, pretty simple. Also a month can give the kids that are still in school to get money from the parents <3

Yea its good that your heading over, theres a select group of AvT fan boys that ride on the D. I mean partnering with a bigger and better orginisation just doesn't compute with them, abit slow. But yea still dont know why they think they should have a rivalry against ACL, maybe we will have a two LAN circuit in 2013 LOL!

But yea good sh** ACL crew and George, cant wait for the event, hopefully some aussies can make it over.

See you in wellington.

Screw auckland LANs, i'd rather go to wellington than auckland for a LAN.
