Shifty didn't you say you would take out MVP at the next LAN or soemthing lol why aren't you coming to the most important one in Melbourne? I see suspect constantly talking you up I want to see you play your best when you're not 'tired'.

I definitely think 2-3 more teams are possible. But more people need to get off their asses and start organizing things. Tbh the melbourne turnout isn't that bad, we have 21 melbourne individuals at least(I don't know where members from AHP and Hawkeye are from) and everyone who is a regular at the gosolids are coming, plus a few more. Jaydos is close to signning up a team so I think Smaj will too so thats 2 more already.

How will the format run if we have say 16 teams? pool play for open and pro then double elim or straight double elim.

Thats really good to know shaki, if we can get another 1-2 team on top of those team you named we could possibly play double elim with the pro pool play. which is the way id love to play but its not looking bright. by the looks of it, it will be pool play and then one big braket. but who knows.

I'm sorry, where did I say this event was more important than the finals? I don't even think 25 spots will be filled for the finals to be honest. Alot more people will drop out/quit Halo from now till the finals.

I don't think I'll end up going to the Melbourne LAN anymore. It's so far to travel. I don't even think I'd go if I was from Melbourne either, or if I did, I would go and not play. I mean, it's so far to travel and I don't have enough money, even though I had heaps of notice about the event.
