Lansmash is back again to host another Halo 3 LAN, with pairs being matched up into random teams, mixing it up a little and causing havoc has never been as fun. The best thing about this event is that you don't need a full team, just rock up with a mate and you may get matched up with some of Australia's best. Make some new friends, get yourself known throughout the community and have some fun!

DETAILS

When: 10:30am Saturday April 3rd 2010
Where: QSAC venue (aka ANZ stadium) Kessels Road, Mt Gravatt
Cost: $15

What to Bring:
- 360 Console
- Monitor or TV (no larger than 24 inches)
- Ethernet Cable
- Controller
- Halo 3: ODST game disc
- Power board


Food: There is a petrol station down the road from the event that supplies snacks, drinks etc

ATM there will only be a halo tournament scheduled on the weekend.

V8 settings will most probably be used for the tournament due to some players coming to the event will be preparing for the upcoming Melbourne LAN.

If you can dl the maps and game types that would help but if you don't it shouldn't make too much of a difference

yeah dude loads of people there will have them, only the host needs the maps and gametypes.

if you did ever want to dl them just send a chat invite to "mlg gametypes" then go to view profile and view fileshare and dl them from there.

Just bring any old mate. The beauty of this comp is that you get matched up with pretty even teams. To put it in perspective, the CAPTAIN of the NUMBER ONE team in Aus came 4th I think last time. It's just good all round fun with lots of even matches!!

I don't have an official partner yet.... so if you like, we can make it official
