I propose that the IDEAL roster lock be set the night before the event (or on the day before people start setting up) so that teams can set up next to each other this time. Obviously this could change on the day, but at least when people rock up they would have some idea who they should be setting next to ensure they aren't sitting on the other side of the venue from their teammates.

you could probably catch a lift with someone at lunchtime to like kfc or something, or give someone who is going for a food run some cash to grab something for you.
