Not sure if it's been posted but how will seeds be determined for Halo 3?

I was thinking the same thing. In all honesty I think Reach points would be a fair way to do it, even though we still have access to the H3 points barely anyone in that list of teams has points outside my team and Bravers.

Will H3 be bo5 double elim with extended series like always? The 'tournament structure' link for H3 doesn't go anywhere. I'm guessing since we've got 12pm-6pm to do it a double elim bracket could PROBABLY fit providing 12-6 means people really shouldn't need to go for lunch, even if you had extended series we've got 10 teams right now and considering you usually get 1-2 teams that pull out late and 1-2 that come join late that number will stay around the same.

Mah Predictions
In my opinion their are 3 tiers of teams going to Melbourne currently, 1/2, 3/4, 5/6. Although it could go either way between these teams I think this will be the rough placings. Their will be some close games in each tier and it should make for a very interesting event.
1/2.Symmetry
1/2.No Chance
3/4. The Firm
3/4.Vital
5/6DOS
5/6.Idolize

Firm to beat symmetry in six

In past ACL tournaments, we have had Pool Play leading into Double Elimination. At ACL Melbourne, we will have immediate Double Elimination where all teams are seeded by their ACL season points. In the event a team has no season points, they will be seeded randomly.

Is there a rough idea on who has points and what not?

A Mastermind Cyborg quickly regaining all her thoughts after forgetting them. She also appears to be lost outside of the universe. (since white is actually not a colour that is how I picture the edge of the universe)

May I suggest and I'm sure it's been brought up somewhere but can halo Reach 4v4 prizes be swapped to Halo 3. Even though my team has a better chance at taking 1st in Reach I'd prefer the money to go to the harder competition. Halo 3 has much better competition and will undoubtedly be the main Halo event at Melbourne

Hey Jim, we've said from the get-go that if we run H3, it's for shits and giggles only. I agree with you in a lot of ways, but it's not fair to the people who have been playing Reach actively on our circuit.
