Kill zombies to get food from their corpse, or raid a supermarket if one is close by, there is one in Vybor, Zelenogorsk and Chern.
There's a few more around the place I'm pretty sure

there is one only a couple of streets away from me, it's just going to take me a good 10 minutes to sneak there and I don't know if I even have that long.
EDIT: now in supermarket but can't any servers where it is day time apart from the Australian ones but I don't want to join one with 30 or so people

Just a question- How many are there per server? Custom servers? Ping? Locale? Etc. Just want to know how many others I'll be surviving with

Most servers have a limit of 50; most of which are usually full (Australia has about 10 servers up at once). Custom servers aren't really a thing, all are dedicated. Ping on an Australian server is almost always under 100, usually a hell of a lot less. Surviving is a lot better with friends. A lot of people who you meet will shoot on site for even a bandage. Biggest tip: Stay out of sight and be insanely cautious doing ANYTHING. Good luck, have fun.

Anyone want 4 bandages, 2 painkillers, a car wheel and engine parts? I'm bleeding out near a downed chopper on the coastline near that island lighthouse. I can't play this game anymore until I build my Alienware M17x; it's currently running at like 5 fps on my brothers shitty laptop.
