whats wrong with fusion or explode?? i like the green colour of fusion... <3
That's not a bad price but a little research and you could've done it yourself for minimal effort and cost. One of the best things about owning a car is doing it up yourself.
Also, it's nice that you like green but you want speakers for their sound, not what they look like.

Agree with the sony bit. However, few people know of any Fusion products past their local Repco store *rolls eyes* - check out Fusion's "PowerPlant" range - You can order these in. Pics below:

Personally, if you want some good entry level stuff, go for a Clarion/Pioneer deck with kenwood/pioneer/mtx speakers. Contrary to popular belief you don't NEED a sub, in fact, you may be able to get all the punch you want from some good 6in or 6x9 co-ax speakers in the rear.
If you want some DECENT but still relatively cheap stuff, I'd go an Alpine deck with Rockford fosgate speakers and sub. I'd run it 6in splits up front, 6in co-ax in the rear, 12in sub, all run off a 600w 4-way amp. I'd bridge 2 channels for the sub and use the other 2 for the splits. *drool* this was my old setup

hah i know man, didnt end up buying them, but the green still is sexy as hell.
yeh i looked around abit, supercheapauto, alberts, but was at jbhifi, and seemed like a good deal. i didnt want to do it myself, because i know like nothing about cars+their technology, and didnt want to f*** up the car i just bought:)
yeh i got pioneer deck + alpine speakers. the guy put them on with some rap/hiphop which i like, and they seemed really good speakers with enough kick for now, so im happy:)
sexy cars trou8L and crux:D

Have you even tried the PowerPlant series Sussy? I only know of 2 people that have ordered them in and trust me, they rock. As far as I know neither of their systems have failed yet.
Subs are good and add another layer of depth to your music but I still don't think they are absolutely essential for everyone. That said, I'd own one. I just think too many people in their "doof doof mobiles" go too far. 2 x 15in 1000w subs is simply ludicrous. I had a 12in Rockford Fosgate Punch sub and it was only rated at 300w RMS, it was perfect

Like I said, they add another level, but if you think a sub "makes the system", you are insane and a through and through doof doof boy

interested to see this as well, why didnt you just check out jb/supercheapauto/alberts/stratfield/strathfield etc for decks?
surely wasnt cheaper including postage then buying at a local store?

Price wouldn't be what he's considering. Originality and specs would be what he's more concerned about.
Still, interested in what deck you get from the states that you can't get here?

1. CDA105, just cant be bothered searching for it around here.
2. Subs are everything, through and through doof doofs for life.

I haven't heard of the C105 and when I searched Alpine it came up as a reverse camera??? Troll?
Also, if subs are everything, just get a shitty-ass Sony deck for <$80... Then all you need is a few 15in subs and a couple 1000000000000w mono amps

CDA****
Got my 12" Kenwood 1200w in the back with the pioneer GM 1200w mono amp.
But I want the CDA's bass controls, even though the amp also has one. I like my doofs.
